Recruiter.com, an online global recruiting and career service, announced today its new partnership with the 1,000 Dreams Fund, an organization which helps young women across the U.S. secure scholarship funding for their high school and college education.

Garton, an award-winning social entrepreneur and founder of the 1,000 Dreams Fund, created the organization when she realized the importance of extracurricular experiences in fulfilling both her own dreams as well as those of other young women. Many young women cannot pursue the experiences they seek in realizing their dreams, due both to lack of funding and the crippling burden of student loan debt – which lead Christie to take action.
The teams of the 1,000 Dreams Fund and Recruiter.com will work together to research the complex issues relating to the job market and creating quality professional opportunities for young women. Through surveys, research, and content, they will explore current opinions, present solutions, and bring light to the many challenges faced by young professionals.
