He is the current CFO of Nixxy and CEO of Atlantic Energy Solutions, which is changing its name to CognoGroup. As the Founder of Recruiter.com, he led a bootstrapped startup into a Nasdaq-listed technology and services company serving numerous clients in finance, healthcare, energy, and more.
Miles led expansion by strategically acquiring relevant players in the job board, HR, recruiting, staffing, and RPO industries, including Mediabistro, Scouted, OneWire, Recruiting Social, and Novo Group. He has facilitated various investment rounds, partnering with angel investors and investment banking institutions.
Most recently, he has focused on applying artificial intelligence to projects, creating an AI course for recruiters, and launching CandidatePitch, which creates automatic candidate profiles. He also developed the AI Exchange on LinkedIn, a discussion group with over 1 million members. He is a current advisor to Aura, a workforce analytics platform, and has advised numerous startups, most recently through Techstars.
As CEO of CognoGroup (OTC:AESO), he builds workplace technology-related businesses, concentrating on AI-enabled productivity.
