He is the President of Atlantic Energy Solutions, which is changing its name to CognoGroup, and the CEO of Mediabistro. As the Founder of Recruiter.com, he led a bootstrapped startup into a Nasdaq-listed technology and services company serving numerous clients in finance, healthcare, energy, and more. Recruiter.com was sold to Job Mobz in 2024 and merged with Employer.com.
Miles led expansion by strategically acquiring relevant players in the job board, HR, recruiting, staffing, and RPO industries, including Mediabistro, Scouted, OneWire, Recruiting Social, and Novo Group. He has facilitated various investment rounds, partnering with angel investors and investment banking institutions. Miles is on the Board of Directors of Nixxy, Inc. (Nasdaq:NIXX), the public company previously named Recruiter.com Group, Inc.
Most recently, he has focused on applying artificial intelligence to projects, creating a course named Recruiting with ChatGPT, and launching CandidatePitch, which creates automatic candidate profiles. He is the founder and manager of the AI Exchange on LinkedIn, a discussion group with over 1 million members. He is a current advisor to Aura, a workforce analytics platform, and has advised numerous other startups. He was recently named an All-Star mentor at Techstars.
