Better User Experience for Recruiters
Recruiter.com wants to make it easier for recruiters to access job requirements and make more placements.
The thousands of recruiters in our community that work with Recruiter.com are the life-blood of the company. So, we wanted to make sure that our software platform is a pleasure to use on a daily basis. We recently embarked on a pretty significant upgrade project to improve the Recruiter’s experience of Recruiter.com.
After a somewhat grueling three month project, we launched the new software for Recruiters this morning! We improved the search and submittal process and added a good deal of new metrics and stats. It should be easy now to see where your candidates are in the recruitment process and submitting candidate resumes should take much less time.
The new software platform, along with new staff members on the Recruiter Engagement Group (here’s looking at you, REG team!) should make the overall experience for recruiters a great one. I know there were a lot of late nights and heartache, as well as acts of God standing in the way of this project, but the dev team really powered through. A big thanks to the dev team for pulling this off, yes, even you Ashley 😉
